DOA for HP Printers, Scanners and Machines
Your HP printing device is protected against immediate replacement if it is damaged within 15 days of its receipt (Dead on Arrival).
The procedure to be followed in the case of a DOA is as follows:
1. Call HP Customer Support at 801112255472. Once you have described the problem to the technician and if the conditions for immediate replacement are met, you will be given a specific DOA code.
2. Contact our company, report this code and replace it immediately. Inability to operate the product must be due to a manufacturer's fault and not to damage caused by misuse of the product. In case there is insufficient stock to replace the DOA product, EuroSupplies will refund the original purchase price to the customer. Shipping costs for returning the defective product and shipping the new replacement product are solely the responsibility of the customer.
