HP offers you an HP Commercial Guarantee. This offer only applies to end users (ie customers who purchase products for their own use). Applications are limited to a maximum of 50 units per end user.

How do you get the warranty extension to 3 years?

  1. Buying one of the HP Officejet Pro printers involved in the promotion.

  2. Complete the registration within 60 days of purchase. Registration requires details about your printer and address.

  3. Within six weeks you will receive the 3 year warranty registration confirmation email.

Important

In order to protect the security of your data, registration is time-limited (20 minutes), so we recommend that you have all the information available before you begin:

  • Serial number of your product
  • Scanned copy of invoice
  • Personal information
