Returns and Replacements

You may return products purchased from the EuroSupplies online store in the following cases,

• You have changed your mind about your choice. 
  

  Dear Customers you have the right to return the purchased product from our web site (www.eurosupplies.com) within 14 calendar days. The goods must be returned within 14 days of the day on which the consumer has notified the supplier of its decision to withdraw from the contract.

  The products are accepted for return in their original state and factory packaging. Exceptions are for the cases where products are manufactured to your specifications or upon your special order, products that are not eligible for return for health reasons (eg headphones), as well as printer consumables, or sealed computer software, were unsealed after delivery.

  The Customer shall be liable for any decrease in the value of the goods only as a result of the management of the goods other than that necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

  Your application should be made in writing by filling out the form (here), then sending it to rma@eurosupplies.com where we will reply with confirmation of receipt of the form.

  The return must be accompanied by the original purchase document (retail receipt or invoice) and the product unused, in excellent condition, just as it was before the sale, with its intact packaging as well as all of its contents as well as any gift that might have been included in it.

  Upon return of the product to our registered office, at your own expense and shipping costs, and after the above conditions have been checked by our company, the amount of money spent will be credited within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

• Case of manufacturing error from the first days of use of the product (D.O.A. - Dead on arrival)
  As long as the product is covered by a DOA policy from its manufacturer and the conditions are met, you can return it to EuroSupplies in its original packaging, accompanied by the purchase document. Our company in turn returns it to the manufacturer in order to detect malfunction there. Once it receives the DOA confirmation from the manufacturer, our company immediately replaces the product (or credits it if it is no longer available). Shipping costs, if not covered by the manufacturer, are borne by the customer.

• Return of defective product covered by the factory warranty for repair. 
  In this case you can send the product to our head office for technical inspection and repair. Shipping costs, if not covered by the manufacturer, are borne by the customer.

• Product different from what you ordered - EuroSupplies wrong order fulfillment.
  In this case our company will make sure to cover you with the right item as soon as possible. If this is not available, the amount you paid will be credited immediately. In this case the extra shipping costs are borne exclusively by EuroSupplies.
