Payment Methods

The company EUROSUPPLIES IKE accepts the following 4 payment methods for online or other orders.

1. Pay on delivery, pay directly upon delivery of your order. Cash on delivery is not available for amounts over 500 €. Also is not available for orders by transporter.

Customers who in their history have shipments that refused to receive or did not respond to our written or telephone (/courier) information and thus were returned to us, with the indication (NO INTEREST - DISCLAIMER), will receive after payment of their new order exclusively with payment through a bank account of our company.

Shipping Methods

Depending on the order, you have the following shipping options available. Cash on delivery is free of charge.

Shipping options are as follows:

Within Attica by courier regardless of kilograms (Islands excluded)

• Free shipping and delivery within Attica for orders over 80€ (64.52€ + VAT)
• For orders below 80€ (64.52€ + VAT) the buyer is burdened 3,5€ shipping costs.

Out of Attica by courier (Attica islands as well as inaccessible areas are included)

• Delivery by courier for up to 2 kg volumetric cost 3,5€ (For each additional kilo cost + 1€)

Possibility of receipt by DIAS logistics

• You will be able to receive the same day from DIAS Logistics from 15.00 to 17.00 with your identity, the products of your order if your order is made and paid by 13.00 noon and if is available. Prepayment is required for your order and contact us.

Possibility of receipt from the store

• You can pick up from the shop in Spata. You must first be notified by us.

Product Delivery Time

For shipments to Cyprus 

• By courier 15 € for the first 5 kg and 2 € for each extra kilo

Orders to Cyprus are shipped in bulk once a week. For orders to Cyprus, which were made until Monday at 13:00, once the payment has been completed and are available in our warehouse, the delivery will take place next Thursday or Friday.

Order Returns & Cancellations

You may return products purchased from the EuroSupplies online store in the following cases,

• You have changed your mind about your choice.

  The products are accepted for return in their original state and factory packaging. • Product different from what you ordered - EuroSupplies wrong order fulfillment.
  In this case our company will make sure to cover you with the right item as soon as possible. f this is not available, the amount you paid will be credited immediately. In this case the extra shipping costs are borne exclusively by EuroSupplies.
